• Parents are required to clear regular academic renewal fees on or before the designated cutoff calendar dates mentioned in the renewal_reminder message.

• Continued failure to clear pending balances after receiving an official overdue_reminder notice may result in temporary suspension of the student's digital admit card portal access.

3. Proper Use and Restrictions Parents agree to use the communication lines responsibly. Sending automated spam, abusive responses, or system-flooding text commands back to the school's official business number is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability Disclaimers Sree Nirthyapriya Preschool strives to ensure 100% automated delivery for daily student attendance tracking and time-sensitive alerts. However, the school cannot be held liable for delayed transmissions resulting from cellular network dropped coverage, Meta server maintenance downtime, or parent device power interruptions.
