2. How We Use Your Information (WhatsApp Automation Setup)

We strictly use your registered mobile number and profile details to send automated, transactional school updates through Meta’s secure systems. You will receive notifications regarding:

  • Admission Packets: Welcome kits, student profile files, and school admit cards.

  • Attendance Tracking: Real-time mobile alerts if a child is marked absent during morning sessions.

  • Billing & Receipts: Computer-generated monthly term invoices, payment receipts, and one-time fee updates.

  • Important Reminders: Fee renewal notes, pending dues updates, and critical academic announcements.

  • Smart Club Modules: Invoices and updates for specialized extracurricular sessions (e.g., Phonics, Abacus).

3. Data Processing and Third-Party Policies (Meta Compliance)

  • No Selling or Renting: Sree Nirthyapriya Preschool does NOT share, sell, or trade your personal phone numbers or records with third-party advertisers or external marketing platforms.

  • Meta WhatsApp Cloud API: Our software routes communication directly to parents through Meta’s official hosting servers. Meta acts purely as a secure data processor for these transaction alerts. In line with official safety guidelines, messages passing through the gateway are strictly guarded against ad targeting.

4. Data Storage and Security

All parent profiles and structural details are securely stored inside our encrypted cloud server databases (Google Firebase/Firestore). Access to this data is tightly restricted via multi-factor authentication and is visible only to authorized school administrators holding MASTER role privileges.

5. Parent Rights and Choice (Opt-Out Control)

We respect your communication preferences:

  • Opt-Out option: If you do not want to receive automated digital receipts or attendance logs via WhatsApp, you can request manual paper slips from the school administration desk.

  • Unsubscribe: Parents can reply with the word "STOP" to any automated chat loop to pause broadcast templates instantly.
